Pay Range: $14.42 – $16.00

Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.

JOB SUMMARY

 

As a Housekeeper, you’ll maintain assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner, ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times. Other responsibilities include submitting maintenance work orders to the maintenance team as needed, taking initiative to ensure guest safety and satisfaction is a priority.

 

  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
  • Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.
  • Make beds and fold terry.
  • Clean bathrooms.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
  • Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway).

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • One year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred.
  • Applicants must be able to push cards up to 20-25 lbs and able to willing work under any weather condition independently.
  • Applicants must be able willing to work flexible shifts.
  • Must have the ability to multi task with high demand and provide excellent customer service/interaction with guests.
