ADP Workforce Now®: Registration & Support

Employee Registration

Before you begin, make sure you have the registration code. If you do not have the registration code, contact your store manager.

Select Register Here to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code. You will then have the ability to review your information and complete the registration process. For more registration information click here NOTE: Security questions are important and will be needed if you forget your password.

Login Support

If you are having trouble logging in, try the following:

  1. Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive)
  2. Close all active Internet browsers and try logging on again.

Note: After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked. Contact WKS Help Desk to regain access.

  • Forgot User ID or Password?

    The following steps can be used by a Self Service or Adminstrative Access user to reset their own password for ADP Workforce Now.

    1 Read the instructions below and then click here – ADP Workforce Now

    2 Click Forgot your Password?

    3 Type in your User ID > Click Next

    4 Complete the proceeding screens to reset your password
