Are you filled with holiday cheer and ready to spread the joy this December? We’re seeking
enthusiastic and spirited Seasonal Holiday Performers to bring the magic of the season to life at
Carwood Car Wash and El Pollo Loco in Lakewood, CA. As a Holiday Performer, you will be
responsible for wearing a holiday-themed costume, embodying a festive character, interacting
with guests, and creating memorable experiences for all who visit.
Responsibilities:
? Embody the Holiday Spirit: Dress in a delightful holiday-themed costume, ensuring you
capture the essence of the season.
? Engage with Guests: Walk around the car wash, interact with guests, and maintain a
cheerful and jolly persona throughout your shift.
? Spread Holiday Joy: Be upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic in all interactions, bringing
smiles to the faces of our customers.
? Entertain with Joyful Actions: Skip, dance, or perform simple, joyful routines to entertain
and delight our guests.
? Assist with Crowd Control: Ensure a pleasant and orderly atmosphere by guiding guests
and helping maintain a festive environment.
? Share Information: Provide information about special promotions, discounts, and
services offered at Carwood Car Wash as needed.
? Maintain Costume and Appearance: Keep your costume clean and in good condition
throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
? A passion for the holiday season and spreading cheer.
? Energetic and outgoing personality.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even during long shifts.
? Willingness to wear a holiday-themed costume.
? Reliable and punctual.
? Prior experience in a similar role or performing arts is a plus but not required.

SUMMARY

To provide service and guest courtesy that exceeds our customer’s expectation (wow! Service) in a fast and orderly fashion that meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including the following, but not limited to.

• Greets the customer
• Suggestive sale and answer questions about products
• Records the customer’s order
• Stages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow
• Selects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag.
• Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
• Receives payment
• Assists customers with questions or complaints
• Retrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparation
• Performs duties to prepare food
• Maintains orderly eating and serving areas
• Ensures that he or she follows all company issued policies and procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

No prior experience or training. High School diploma preferred, but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

You must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence. To effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

You must have the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. You must have the ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY

You must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. You must also have the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
