Fundraising Coordinator Job Description

 

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective fundraising strategies, building relationships with community members, businesses, and organizations, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies across multiple markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and proactively contact potential fundraising clients through sales calls and emails.
  • Increase revenue through fundraising sales by achieving or surpassing set targets for Fundraising sales
  • Cultivate partnerships and relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, youth organizations, and neighboring businesses to expand fundraising opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Krispy Kreme shops and operations teams.
  • Create compelling fundraising marketing materials and promotions to drive engagement.
  • Present fundraising goals and results to the leadership team, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Maintain a customer relationship management system and client database to track interactions and donor information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience in lieu of education.
  • Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
