Summary of Position: 

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for:  

  • The hands on day­to­day activities of the restaurant. 
  • Maintaining initiatives in the areas of: 
    • Administrative responsibilities  
    •  Interviewing, hiring & training  
    • Performance reviews  
    • Product quality  
    • Maintenance 
  • Working a 50 hour work week

Qualifications 

  • A high school diploma or University degree preferred  
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience  
  • Knowledge of P & L statements  
  • Basic math and accounting skills  
  • Strong customer service skills  
  • Strong skills in the areas of:  
    • Communication  
    • Leadership
    • Conflict Resolution 
    • Scheduling
