Facilities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the following responsibilities, working closely with the Facilities Manager to:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities maintenance team
  • Process repair work orders, assign and follow up through completion
  • Maintain and update web-based maintenance management system
  • Work with Facilities Manager to locate more cost effective vendors for existing and new markets
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training programs for technicians
  • Prepare RFP’s, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations as needed
  • Provide support to the Facilities Manager and Service Technicians as required
  • Coordinate schedules of in-house maintenance technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a facilities role, preferably in the fast food industry.
  • Some experience working in either facilities management or restaurant operations
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
  • Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel as well as web-based applications
  • Experience with Facilities Management software preferred
  • May require limited evening and weekends as necessary

Compensation: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
